Who runs this site
Hands, Not Prompts (handsnotprompts.com) is run by one person in Minnesota. Questions about anything on this page go to hello@handsnotprompts.com. Email sent to that address is forwarded through Cloudflare to the owner's Gmail inbox, where software helps sort it.
What you send
There are no accounts and no forms on this site. If you email to join the founding hundred, the owner gets your email address, your name, what you make and where. Those are kept on the founding list and used to email you about the pledge and the badge. If you sign the pledge, your name, what you make and your pledge are shown on a public pledge page. Your email address isn't published and isn't given to anyone else.
What gets logged automatically
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare logs the IP address, browser type and pages requested for each visit, to keep the site running and to block abuse. Cloudflare Web Analytics also counts page views and load times with a small script. It doesn't use cookies.
Children
This site isn't meant for children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect their information.
